Olsen Twin In Swimsuits
The Olsen twins are very popular. Kate and Ashley are some of the most famous faces in the world. Thanks to their early stardom in the sitcom Full House and their various projects of today. The world has watched these twins grow from adorable toddlers to adult women right before our eyes. While many young girls have seen the Olsens as role models, one thing you do not want is to look like an Olsen twin in swimsuits. Whether or not these young women can still be called role models is definitely questionable.
A few years ago, attention was brought to the skeletal figure of Mary Kate Olsen. Photos of the young star showed her in an evening gown looking so thin that her spine protruded. After months of media speculation the actress did seek treatment for an eating disorder at an impatient facility. Today, she and her twin are still painfully thin but seem to be a little bigger than in 2004. You will often see photographs of the Olsens wearing large, bulky clothing perhaps to cover up a stick thin figure. Mary Kate is also often photographed with a cigarette which is definitely not a healthy habit.
The Olsen twins figures are definitely not something you want to emulate on the beach or anywhere else. There are so many other celebrities with healthy bodies that can serve as diet and fitness role models. For example, Jennifer Aniston credits her gorgeous yet healthy figure to the Zone diet and lots of exercise. Jessica Simpson is another star with a beach worthy body that she claims took lots of healthy food and daily workouts to achieve. Salma Hayek, Eva Mendes and Jessica Alba are a few more examples of women who have curvy yet fit figures.
If you want to see pictures of an Olsen twin in swimsuits, all you need to do is a little online searching. There are all kinds of celebrity blogs and sites where photos of stars are posted. You may also want to try a Google Images search. Once you get a glimpse of these tiny twins in swimwear you will probably feel an urge to go eat a sandwich. While obesity is not healthy, neither is anorexia. It is best for women to strive for a body that is fit and strong, and a weight that is proportionate to their height and bone structure.
